F.H. Furr is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our Sparks, MD office. You will lead installation teams, install residential systems with precision, and ensure job sites meet quality standards.

In this role you will measure, cut, assemble ductwork, connect to existing infrastructure, test performance, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices.
• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
