What Will I Do?

• Install/Replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
• Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and communicate delays to customers
• Design Duct Systems for Comfort and Efficiency
• Engage with homeowners to identify concerns and potential sales opportunities
• Understand pricing, generate invoices, and process payments
• Participate in training on customer service and industry technologies
• Mentor apprentices and entry-level installers

Do I have What it Takes?

• HVAC Journeyman License required
• 2+ years experience with refrigeration, diagnosis, and replacement of HVAC components
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Minimum tool requirements: basic hand tools
• Testing equipment knowledge: refrigerant gauges, manometer, Magnahelic, etc.
• Knowledge of city codes
• Ability to work independently and safely in various environments
