$25.00 - $40.00 / Hour (Base + Uncapped Commission)

What YOU will do as an HVAC Installer:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sites to prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment

What YOU will bring as an HVAC Installer:

• 2-5 Years HVAC Lead installation experience (Required)
• HVAC degree or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

• Call customers from prior day for quality checks
• Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
• Call on customer list to offer promotions
• Follow up on reviews, both positive and negative
• Provide general inbound customer service
