Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians is seeking a dedicated HVAC Lead Installer to join our on-site team in Ohio. In this hands-on role, you will install residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to manufacturer specifications.

You will lead installations, perform start-ups and tests, and collaborate with a team to deliver reliable comfort while building skills for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as Lead installer of HVAC units in residential homes.
• Motivated HVAC Installer aiming to improve skills and craftsmanship daily.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with iPad-based software.
• Solid understanding of local HVAC codes and installation requirements.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently when needed.
• Proven HVAC installation experience.

Responsabilités

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components, ensuring safe, efficient operation per manufacturer specs.
• Perform start-ups, system testing, and final walkthroughs to ensure proper operation, airflow, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while following company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Apply knowledge of local HVAC codes, best practices, and system designs to complete installations correctly and efficiently.
