We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading HVAC installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and mentoring junior installers. Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners,heat pumps, and ductwork
• Lead and mentor installation teams to ensure efficient and high-quality workmanship
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Complete necessary paperwork and job reports

Requirements

• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
• EPA Certification (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
