Job summary

CJS Heating Cooling Plumbing is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer in Centerville, OH. This role requires supervising installation tasks, ensuring safety, and meeting manufacturer specifications while delivering quality service to customers.

You will pre-measure sites, connect equipment, and document every job to meet company standards. A 2–5 year lead experience and HVAC certification are required, with strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of LEAD HVAC Install experience required.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation.
• Connect equipment properly and efficiently.
• Document all calls/jobs according to company requirements.

Pay:$25.00 - $45.00+/hour

(Hourly + Uncapped Commission)

Sign-on Up to $5k

What You Will Do:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing any questions, concerns, or issues the client may have
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment
• Properly and efficiently document all calls/jobs to the company's requirements

What You Will Bring:

• 2-5 years of LEAD HVAC Install experience (required)
• Ability to communicate and present to customers
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
• Valid drivers’ license
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Ability to work outdoors
