Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

  • Valid driver’s license for company vehicle operation
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC field installation experience
  • Ability to lift loads up to 75 pounds regularly
  • Ability to crawl in tight spaces, climb ladders, and work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and on roofs

What Will I Do?

  • Maintain communication with internal teams
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
  • Communicate effectively with the HVAC Install Manager and supervisors to review job details
  • Adapt to project changes due to interruptions or scope adjustments
  • Follow installation procedures and ensure apprentices do the same
  • Report labor hours accurately and maintain JIT
  • Complete closeout processes with 100% accuracy upon job completion
  • Complete required paperwork properly
  • Seek development opportunities through ongoing training and coaching
