F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical in Rockville, MD seeks an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join a trusted regional team. You will install residential HVAC systems with precision and collaborate with skilled colleagues to ensure flawless results.

You’ll measure, cut, and assemble ductwork, piping, and electrical components, connecting to existing infrastructure and validating peak performance. Expect a supportive, growth-oriented environment and opportunities to lead.

Competenze

• Proven experience as HVAC Installer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices.
• Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license (company policy requires drivers to be at least 21).
