Job summary

You will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with top-notch customer service, while utilizing tablets and company software. Competitive pay, year-round work, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Lead HVAC Installer in residential HVAC.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with installation best practices and troubleshooting.
• EPA Certification required; NATE preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform residential HVAC installations.
• Coordinate and direct installation crew activities to meet schedules.
• Communicate progress with Installation Manager daily.
• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Position Summary

The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for overseeing and performing residential HVAC system installations while leading and coordinating an installation crew. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Lead and perform residential HVAC system installations
• Coordinate and direct installation crew activities to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
• Communicate daily with the Installation Manager regarding job progress and project details
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and job sites
• Utilize tablets, mobile applications, and company software for documentation and communication
• Support and foster positive working relationships with customers and team members
• Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer in residential HVAC

• Experience with residential HVAC installation best practices and troubleshooting
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and field technology
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• EPA Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred
