6 & Fix in Raleigh–Durham is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial equipment across the area.

You’ll diagnose systems, perform preventive maintenance, explain issues clearly to clients, and stay organized with safety records. We provide a company vehicle, gas card, iPad, and dispatch technology.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience; refrigeration experience a plus (will train the right candidate).
• Excellent professional communication and customer-service skills.

6 & Fix is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial equipment throughout the Raleigh–Durham area. We are a family-run, locally owned and operated company dedicated to providing a friendly, team-oriented work environment where our technicians can thrive and grow.

What You’ll Do

Service & Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-system issues efficiently.

Customer Service: Clearly explain equipment conditions and recommended repairs to clients in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.

Documentation & Safety: Complete accurate service records while keeping tools, equipment, and work areas organized and safe.

Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the office staff and fellow technicians to deliver dependable service.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3–5 years of commercial HVAC experience. Commercial refrigeration experience is preferred (will train the right candidate).

Certifications: EPA Certification required.

Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to work independently.

Soft Skills: Excellent professional communication and customer-service skills.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Company Vehicle & Gas Card provided for working hours
