Elite Heating, Air & Plumbing in Bradenton, FL is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installation Technician to lead residential installation projects from start to finish. You will mentor installers, ensure adherence to code and quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

No on-call rotation, choose your shift, four 10-hour days weekly, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. We offer competitive pay, benefits, training, and growth opportunities with Florida's premier residential HVAC

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a residential HVAC Installer and lead
• HVAC certification required
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
