Our HVAC Lead Installers are responsible for completing HVAC system installations with efficiency, precision, and professionalism—ensuring every customer receives a 5-star experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Professionally and efficiently install high-quality heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes, working alongside an apprentice or crew.
• Lead and mentor an installation crew
• Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor throughout the installation process
• Ensure timely and precise completion of all documentation, including invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive, productive work culture.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: Potential earnings $75,000 - $100,000/annually
