A Day in the Life of an HVAC Laborer

As an entry‑level HVAC laborer, you are eager to learn. You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Barrell Plumbing & Heating. You go out in the field and assist our experienced HVAC technicians, helping increase their efficiency while they mentor and train you in this skilled trade. You learn everything from how to talk with customers to how to install and maintain heating and air conditioning systems.

You also help keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized. You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees, and you spend some of your time taking classes and continuing to expand your knowledge and skills.
