Intertek in Cortland, New York is seeking entry level Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts to support our Electrical team. The role offers exposure to a wide range of testing in a dynamic environment and a path to grow in quality assurance and regulatory product testing for international markets.

Responsibilities include setting up tests, operating equipment, recording data, and assisting with basic analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED as minimum
• Ability to use basic shop equipment and hand tools
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) proficiency

• Prepare test samples
• Record test data per standards
• Perform basic data analysis and calculations
• Draft technical reports
