Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of HVAC operation, maintenance and repair experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques, electrical circuits and wiring, motors, and local electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment to ensure safe operation and performance.
• Perform routine repairs to pumps, seals, bearings, etc.
• Inspect and test systems to verify compliance and locate malfunctions.
• Record faults and time/materials on work orders.
• Install and adjust components and controls as per blueprints.
• Generate work orders addressing deficiencies.
• Install, connect and adjust thermostats and related devices.
