Job summary

Johnstone Supply is seeking a full-time HVAC Inventory Analyst to join our Lancaster, PA team. The role focuses on data analysis, demand forecasting, and operational improvements to keep stock levels high and processes efficient.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of inventory analytics experience, with advanced Excel and experience using Power BI or Tableau. HVAC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, data analytics, business analytics, supply chain management, or industrial engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory, operations, or supply chain analytics.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel with macros, pivot tables, and Power Query.
• Strong data analysis skills and comfort with statistics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and review data to uncover trends and insights.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and procurement to maintain stock levels.
• Identify data discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Track KPIs like inventory turnover, stockouts, carrying costs, forecast accuracy, and order fulfilment.
• Forecast inventory demands and plan replenishments.
• Validate and cleanse inventory data.
• Brainstorm methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
