Job summary

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air, & Electric is seeking an experienced HVAC Insulation Technician to join our team in Mesquite, TX. You will lead insulation crews on residential sites, install fiberglass insulation, perform air sealing, and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of insulation experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Experience driving a truck with a large trailer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise insulation crews on residential job sites.
• Direct and supervise a crew of 2–3 installers, ensuring scope of work is followed and schedules met.
• Identify and seal air leaks using foam or caulk.
• Install insulation materials according to specifications.
• Operate and drive the company truck with large trailer safely.
• Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials.
• Ensure work meets company standards and local building codes.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Complete daily paperwork and reports on team performance.
