Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air, & Electric is seeking an experienced HVAC Insulation Technician to join our team of energetic professionals dedicated to providing the best customer service. You will educate customers on insulation options, replace insulation when needed, and mentor apprentices on residential projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of insulation experience.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Experience driving a truck with a large trailer.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in attics, crawl spaces, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise insulation crews on residential job sites
• Direct and supervise a crew of 2–3 installers to finish on schedule
• Air sealing and weatherization using foam or caulk
• Install insulation materials (fiberglass loose fill, batt insulation) per specifications
• Operate and drive company truck with large trailer safely
• Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials
• Ensure work meets company standards and local codes
• Train and mentor team members
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Complete daily paperwork, inventory management, and reports on team performance

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air, & Electric is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED HVAC Insulation Technician to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Insulation technicians serve our customers by educating them on the available product options, removing and replacing insulation as well as installing add-on accessories, when needed, while providing quality work. This role will also serve as a mentor and coach to both apprentice and entry-level technicians.

What Will I Do?
