WSU Tech in Pittsburg, KS seeks an HVAC Faculty member to develop and deliver high‑quality HVAC coursework and hands‑on training. You will create curriculum content, assess student performance, and foster an inclusive learning environment that supports student success.

Ideal candidates have strong HVAC industry background, EPA 608 certification, and can design engaging lessons while using technology and LMS tools to enhance learning outcomes.

Formación

• Minimum five years of HVAC industry experience.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Residential and commercial HVAC experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver instruction aligned to course competencies and current industry standards.
• Create an inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
• Maintain accurate academic records, including attendance and grades.
• Utilize instructional technology and the LMS to enhance learning.
• Collaborate with staff, faculty, and student support services to promote student success.
• Engage with Industry Advocate Teams to ensure alignment with workforce needs.
• Participate in program review, assessment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Represent WSU Tech at recruitment and community engagement events.
