Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced HVAC instructor to lead hands-on training in a state-of-the-art facility in New Britain, CT. You will teach HVAC technologies, mentor students, and prepare them for certification exams, helping them build careers in the trades.

This full-time role requires an HVAC license and 5+ years of HVAC technician experience; master certifications are a plus. The schedule is Mon-Thurs, 10-hour days, with Fridays off, and a competitive salary of $85,000-$92,000 per year plus

Qualifications

• HVAC License is required.
• 5+ years' HVAC Technician experience required.
• High school Diploma or GED is required.
• Master certifications would be excellent.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on HVAC training in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Develop curriculum and assess student progress.
• Prepare students for HVAC certification exams and careers.
• Mentor and guide aspiring technicians to ensure safety and quality.
