Job summary

Lindenwood is seeking a part-time HVAC Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction in the HVAC Technician Program. The role includes planning and delivering lessons in lecture and laboratory settings, assessing student progress, and providing professional guidance for successful careers in HVAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of HVAC trade experience or equivalent.
• Relevant industry certifications preferred but not required.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver quality classroom instruction.
• Assess student learning and demonstrate strong retention outcomes.
• Conduct engaging lecture and lab sessions.

Skills

Working knowledge of HVAC systems

Knowledge of occupational safety standards

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of HVAC Excellence trade program
