Job summary

All-State Career School in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an HVAC Instructor to train the next generation of technicians through hands-on instruction and real-world lab learning. No prior teaching experience required, and you’ll teach locally at our campus.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging HVAC courses, using live demonstrations and industry equipment, maintaining a safe classroom, assessing students, and assisting with curriculum development and campus activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC industry experience.
• Relevant HVAC certifications/licensure/credentials (as required by accreditation and state regulations).
• Strong communication, organization, and professionalism.
• Passion for education, mentoring, and student success.
• Reliable, collaborative team player with initiative.
• Teaching/training experience preferred (but not required—mentoring, coaching, and field leadership count!).
