You should have a high school diploma or GED with HVAC training and EPA/safety certifications. The role includes field supervision support, training responsibilities, and varied benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 5 plus years’ experience in HVAC technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Installs HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per company standards.
• Performs start-ups and system balancing with minimal supervision.
• Trains other installers in technical skills and procedures.
