They will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs. Clear communication with customers to explain issues, repairs, and maintenance options is essential. Candidates should have a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

• Install and service HVAC systems
• Establish customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction
• Service various equipment
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Maintain HVAC systems to improve efficiency (e.g., changing filters, cleaning ducts)
• Complete job assignments timely

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an HVAC service technician or similar role
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA Certification, NATE certification, or the ability to obtain one (helpful but not required)
• Experience with heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, A/C units
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl in tight spaces, and lift 40+ pounds
• Good communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude is a must
