Our company is looking for a self-motivated, hardworking, reliable individual who is willing to learn and has a positive attitude to join our team. Technicians will install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems including ductless systems, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and ductwork. They will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs. Clear communication with customers to explain issues, repairs, and maintenance options is essential. A strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are required.

Pay dependent on experience: $45,000 - $72,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Install and service HVAC systems.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Service various pieces of equipment.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Maintain HVAC systems to improve efficiency, such as changing filters and cleaning ducts.
• Complete job assignments in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC service technician or similar role.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA Certification, NATE certification, or the ability to obtain one is helpful but not required.
• Experience with operation and maintenance of heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, and A/C units.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl through tight spaces, and lift 40+ pounds.
• Good communication skills.
• Mechanically inclined is a must.
