Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC construction experience or currently in an HVAC apprenticeship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Strong communication with field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the install: load/unload equipment, cut sheet metal, assemble components, install ductwork and piping.
• Wire low-voltage controls and troubleshoot to bring systems online.
• Read blueprints and translate into accurate layouts.
• Cut openings while preserving structural integrity and safety.
• Maintain organized materials and stocks; communicate needs to avoid trips.
• Lead tasks and crews when needed; train apprentices and installers.
• Model DJ Safety Culture to keep everyone safe on site.
• Provide four 10-hour days with overtime as needed.
