Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training; EPA and safety certifications required.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and balance airflow; proficient with duct layouts.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per company standards.
• Perform start-ups, tests, and balance airflows; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Train other installers and assist with field audits and planning.
• Maintain professional image; ensure paperwork is neat and timely; collect payments when applicable.
• Promote products and services to customers and respond to questions.
