Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an installer to complete residential and light commercial HVAC installations with high workmanship and customer focus. You will install equipment, communicate with customers, and support field supervision on audits and planning.

The role includes start‑ups, airflow balancing, and ongoing jobsite upkeep. Applicants should have 0–2 years minimum in HVAC, a high school diploma or GED, EPA/safety certifications, and the ability to read wiring

Qualifications

• EPA certifications required for applicable equipment.
• Safety certifications required by company and regulations.
• Valid licensing/certification as required by local laws.
• High mechanical aptitude and ability to operate all required tools.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in homes per standards.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Train other installers and assist supervision on audits and planning.
• Perform start‑ups, tests, and balancing of airflow on systems.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and paperwork; collect payments when needed.
