Service Experts in Maryland is seeking an HVAC Installer to complete residential and light commercial installations under Field Supervisor direction, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will install equipment, perform start-ups, assist with ductwork, balance airflow, and provide excellent service while promoting products and recording all paperwork.

Qualified applicants have high school diploma, EPA safety certs, 2+ years HVAC experience, valid license, and ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years' experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient in installing HVAC equipment and ductwork.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant systems.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in homes per specifications.
• Perform start-ups and balance airflow on systems.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings as needed.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and document work.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Lead and train Install Helpers as directed.
• Keep vehicles, tools, and inventory organized.
