Element Heating & Cooling in Twin Falls, ID is hiring an HVAC General Installer for a full-time, on-site role. The position supports installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, gas lines, and more, with a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule and competitive hourly pay.

No experience is required, but candidates should be mechanically inclined, able to lift 100 lbs, operate hand and power tools, and stay safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
• Install HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and wiring
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
