SALT Service Co in Austin, TX is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our industry-leading team. You will install replacement systems, protect client homes with floor savers and drop cloths, and explain the system to customers to ensure satisfaction.

You should have 2–4 years of HVAC installation experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HVAC installation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass background/drug screens.
• EPA and TDLR certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Expertly install replacement HVAC systems and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness using floor savers and drop cloths during installations.
• Review installation details with the client and ensure understanding.
• Uphold safety standards and supervise assistants as needed.
• Complete installations within expected timeframes and document them accurately.
