Area Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to support residential new construction projects from rough-in to startup. This full-time role offers year-round work and a strong team environment.

You'll install ductwork, refrigerant piping, gas lines, venting, and equipment, read plans, coordinate with builders, and ensure safe, high-quality installations with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong experience with residential new construction projects.
• Ability to complete rough-in and finish phases of installation.
• Experience reading blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC equipment installation and airflow principles.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC installations in newly constructed residential homes.
• Install duct systems, refrigerant piping, gas lines, venting, and drain lines.
• Set and connect furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and ventilation equipment.
• Install thermostats and low-voltage wiring.
• Perform equipment startup and verify proper system operation.
• Read construction drawings and mechanical layouts.
• Work closely with builders and other trades to meet construction schedules.
• Identify and resolve installation issues before project completion; follow all safety requirements and installation standards.
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional.
