What You'll Be Doing
- Complete HVAC installations in newly constructed residential homes
- Install duct systems, refrigerant piping, gas lines, venting, and drain lines
- Set and connect furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, and ventilation equipment
- Install thermostats and low-voltage wiring
- Perform equipment startup and verify proper system operation
- Read construction drawings and mechanical layouts
- Work closely with builders and other trades to meet construction schedules
- Identify and resolve installation issues before project completionFollow all safety requirements and installation standards
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Three or more years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong experience with residential new construction projects
- The ability to complete both rough-in and finish phases of installation
- Experience reading blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of residential HVAC equipment installation and airflow principles
- A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
