Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years in a general construction field.
• Valid driver\'s license.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 10–75 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces and at heights.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with residential duct work; gather parts and tools; ensure safety standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; educate customers on new systems.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and provide maintenance recommendations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Document services performed and parts used in logs and reports.
