Job summary

Dave Jones, LLC is hiring an HVAC Installer to install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. You will load/unload equipment, read blueprints, and ensure work is completed safely and to code.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC experience or an ongoing apprenticeship, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive hourly pay, PTO, sick days, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC construction experience or currently in an HVAC apprenticeship.
• High school diploma or GED and valid driver's license.
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and communicate clearly with field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the install: load/unload equipment, cuts, sheet metal, ductwork, piping and venting—safely and to code.
• Wire low-voltage controls and troubleshoot systems.
• Read blueprints and translate into accurate layouts.
• Cut openings and protect structural integrity and site safety.
• Coordinate materials and truck stock; raise flags to prevent trips.
• Lead when needed: supervise tasks and helpers to maintain timelines.
• Uphold the safety culture and ensure the team goes home safe.
• Four 10-hour days with overtime as needed; year-round work.

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay:$24 - 34hr + 1.5x OT(commensuratewithexperience).
