Qualifications

• 3+ years installing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
• Strong command of ductwork, electrical connections, refrigeration piping, and system setup.
• EPA Universal certification is a plus; NATE certification makes you stand out.
• Valid CA driver's license and a spotless driving history.
• Able to lift 75+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in various job conditions.
• Available for occasional weekends and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Full-System Installations: install HVAC systems including ductwork, electrical, piping, and system setup to code.
• System Commissioning: test and verify each system before completion.
• Customer Advocacy: walk homeowners through the new system clearly and professionally.
• Tech-Forward: document work and job details in the CRM for record-keeping.
• Collaborate: work with team to hit deadlines and deliver excellence.

What You'll Do

Full-System Installations: Execute complete HVAC installations ductwork, electrical, refrigeration piping, and system setup to code and to the highest standard.

System Commissioning: Test and verify every system before you leave, because "good enough" isn't in your vocabulary.

Customer Advocacy: Walk customers through their new system with confidence and professionalism, leaving them informed and impressed.

Tech-Forward: Document your work and job details in our CRM to ensure a seamless record for every customer.

Requirements
