Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and use tools safely.
• Good written and verbal English skills.
• 1+ year of construction or mechanical experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior installers on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Install, maintain, and service heating and cooling equipment to high standards.
• Deliver a high-quality experience to every customer.
• Keep job sites and trucks clean and organized.
• Grow skills daily with hands-on training and support.
