Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical in NJ is hiring an HVAC technician to service residential systems. The role requires hands-on replacement work and adherence to city codes, with a focus on comfort and efficiency.

The position offers steady, year-round work with overtime and weekend availability, a benefits package including medical and 401(k), and opportunities for training and career growth within a locally owned company.

Formación

• HVAC experience of at least 2 years.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet climates as needed.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks daily.

• Skilled at every aspect of the replacement of HVAC Systems
• Working knowledge of city codes
• Design Duct Systems for Optimal Comfort and Efficiency
• Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details of work and educate on use of new system(s)
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)
• Responsible for training installation technicians on the job
• Ability to work overtime and on weekends

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a growing, full-service residential plumbing, heating, air and electrical company located in NJ, PA and DE. Locally-owned and operated, our team provides homeowners in the Tri-State with 5-star residential home services, all delivered through a proven, customer-focused service system.

Rate: starting from $20/hr to $27/hr

Experience:

• HVAC: 2 years

Job Responsibilities

• Skilled at every aspect of the replacement of HVAC Systems
