HVAC Star Plus is seeking an experienced Lead Installer to manage residential installation projects in Wilmington, NC. You will lead teams, read blueprints, install RTUs, split systems, VRF, VAV, and ductwork, and ensure high-quality, on-time execution. Local work only with growth opportunities.

Requirements include EPA Universal Card, ability to lift 25+ lbs, clean driving record, background check, and drug test. Tools ownership and customer-focused mindset are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper air distribution installation and system functionality.

Lead Installer Role

We are looking for a Lead Installer who has experience in residential installation including the following:

• Experience in the installation of all types of HVAC equipment: ie- RTU, Split systems, VRF, VAV, Controls
• Experience in ductwork installation
• Sheet metal experience is a plus
• Experience in reading and the implementation of blueprints
• Experience in refrigeration line installation
• Experience is the installation of air distribution
