Valley Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, home of the Truck with the Duck, is a locally owned, fast-growing company expanding our expertise in heating & cooling. We're seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to help us build and grow this division while upholding our reputation for exceptional service.

This role is ideal for a confident, self-reliant HVAC installer who enjoys solving problems and leading by example. You'll play an important role in the development of our heating & cooling services,

Qualifications

• HVAC installer with field experience in residential buildings.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.
• EPA & RMGA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings.
• Collaborate with team members or contractors.
• Keep records in our field software (tablet provided).
