What We Do

We are home service experts dedicated to ensuring peak performance of heating, air conditioning systems, and crawl space encapsulation.

The Big Task

You will learn to install and work on HVAC equipment under the guidance of your HVAC Lead Installer.

Desired Skills and Experience

No prior experience is required.

This entry-level position is ideal for those starting a career in the home services industry. We promote internally, with opportunities to advance to roles such as HVAC Technician or HVAC Lead Installer.

What We Offer

• $16 per hour, with a $2 per hour raise annually up to $22 per hour.
• Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, with Southern Goodman contributing $250 monthly towards medical coverage.
• Paid vacation: 2 weeks after 90 days, and 1 month after 2 years.
• 401(k) plan.
• Opportunities for growth: 66% of our HVAC Technicians and 100% of our HVAC Lead Installers started in this position.
