Job description

Are you mechanically inclined and interested in a career in Commercial HVAC Installation? We are looking for anApprentice Commercial HVAC Installerto join our team! This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry.

Pay Range: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Mondays to Thursday 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, some Fridays required

What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude– Experience working with tools, machinery, or mechanical systems in a related field such as ductwork installation, construction, or equipment maintenance.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems –Basic understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including ductwork and airflow principles.

• Problem-solving & troubleshooting skills– Logical thinking and ability to diagnose mechanical issues.

• Basic math & blueprint reading skills– Understanding measurements, airflow calculations, and technical diagrams.

• Attention to detail & willingness to learn– Ability to follow instructions, absorb new skills, and develop expertise in commercial HVAC.

• Physical strength & stamina– Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in tight spaces, and handle physically demanding tasks.

What You'll Do:

The Apprentice Commercial HVAC Installer will assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings; work with ductwork, piping, and ventilation systems; read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals; learn proper refrigerant handling and air distribution techniques; follow safety procedures and industry standards to ensure quality work.
