Job summary

Southern Goodman invites you to join our Richmond-area home services team as an entry-level HVAC Installer. You’ll learn to install and service HVAC equipment with guidance from an HVAC Lead Installer.

This position is designed for beginners, with internal promotion paths to HVAC Technician and HVAC Lead Installer. We offer a starting wage of $16 per hour, with raises to $22 per hour, plus benefits and a clear growth trajectory.

The Big Task

You will learn how to install and work on HVAC equipment with your HVAC Lead Installer guiding you.

• $16 an hour with a $2 an hour raise every year up to $22 an hour.
