Job summary

Alpine Refrigeration Company in New Jersey is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will install heating and air conditioning systems and hot water heaters in residences or commercial establishments.

You will replace and upgrade equipment, install refrigerant lines, venting, gas piping, electrical connections, and condensate drains, and you will start up and test systems to ensure proper operation while upholding safety and local codes.

Qualifications

• Past experience as an HVAC Installer or comparable education.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and hot water heaters.
• Replace and upgrade existing HVAC equipment.
• Install refrigerant lines, venting, gas piping, electrical connections, and condensate drains.
• Start up, test, and verify proper system operation.
• Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
