Aire Serv of Northeast Ohio is seeking a skilled HVAC Lead Installer to perform end-to-end residential installations, including rough-ins and duct modifications. Bring your helper and join a team that rewards experience with top base pay and a clear path to leadership.

Expect $35–$40/hour base for 4+ years’ lead experience, plus a $30,000 longevity bonus paid over 4 years and substantial annual performance incentives totaling around $20k.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Complete Installations: Execute end-to-end residential installs for both new builds and replacements—including rough-ins, sheet metal/duct modifications, line-set runs, and trim-outs.
• Master System Setups: Install residential split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, ventilation, and thermostats to exact code and manufacturer specs.
• Commission & Start-Up: Perform system evacuations, charging, 240V/24V control wiring, combustion setups, safety checks, and full system start-ups.
• Lead Your Team: Mentor and direct your helper on-site to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and at the highest quality standards.
• Customer & Crew Communication: Walk homeowners through system operation and keep clear, real-time updates flowing to dispatch and management via ServiceTitan.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Preferred 4+ years of lead residential HVAC installation experience. (Lesser experience? Let’s still talk—pay is commensurate).
• Technical Mastery: Strong command of ductwork basics, brazing, refrigerant handling (EPA Certification required), combustion setups, and blueprint/installation paperwork.
• Soft Skills & Mindset: Growth-oriented, coachable, reliable, and strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Schedule & Logistics: ~45-50 hours/week (~7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) with occasional weekend requirements. Shop check-ins twice weekly (Tuesdays/Thursdays at 7:30 AM).
• Standard Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
