Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of environments and weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems, including ductwork, wiring, controls, and related components.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete installations efficiently and with quality workmanship.
• Follow job specifications, blueprints, and supervisor instructions to ensure accurate installations.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners to answer questions and address concerns during the installation process.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to travel to customer homes and job sites.
• Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned.
