Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid EPA Section 608 certification (Universal preferred).
• 2+ years of HVAC install experience (residential to light commercial).
• Deep knowledge of equipment, electrical, refrigeration, ducts, and codes.
• Blueprint-reading proficiency and ability to read schematics.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., access attics/crawl spaces, and work in varying conditions.
• Willingness to overtime/on-call and be a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems—furnaces, AC units, coils, ductwork, thermostats, humidifiers, purifiers.
• Read blueprints and schematics to perform precise, energy-efficient installs.
• Fabricate ductwork, connect refrigerant lines and wiring, test and start systems.
• Identify upgrade opportunities to improve efficiency and save customers money.
• Maintain clean, organized worksites and adhere to safety standards.
• Explain technical details clearly to customers and address questions.
• Collaborate with team to ensure on-time, on-budget completion and documentation.
• Uphold integrity, hustle, and customer‑first mindset on every job.
