Purpose:

As an HVAC installer, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will lead jobs, crews, and projects alongside other HVAC installers and superintendents - primarily in new residential and multi-family construction.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specifications and building codes.
2. Identify hazards and safety issues related to HVAC installation and operation.
3. Take corrective actions to resolve safety and operational problems.
4. Make on-site decisions without disrupting business or work quality.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Build and maintain project schedules and meet deadlines.
7. Read blueprints.
8. Complete quality control sheets.

Qualifications:

1. Leadership skills and the ability to empower team members.
2. Ability to produce quality work.
3. Excellent communication skills for working with builders, general contractors, and project managers.
4. Knowledge of ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and environmental control systems.
5. Ability to follow directions.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. Valid driver’s license.
8. Strong work ethic.
9. Ability to work 6 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work.
10. Relevant HVAC experience is a plus.
