The successful applicant will be responsible for installing residential heating and cooling systems and maintaining excellent customer service. We are seeking an HVAC Installer with previous experience who can balance these tasks with the needs of our team members. The ideal candidate will enjoy working on a team, have positive communication skills, and be able to focus on details and deliver the standard of quality that separates CrackerJack Air Pros from competitors in the area. Most of our work involves retrofitting existing homes by replacing equipment. Occasionally, you will also work on new construction or light commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Construct and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
2. Proficiently use hand tools and power tools.
3. Read blueprints or other instructions to determine the layout of HVAC systems when required.
4. Determine the layout of HVAC systems.
5. Install HVAC systems in buildings.
6. Follow instructions, code requirements, and avoid taking shortcuts.
7. Work effectively as part of a team.
