Pay Range: $20.00-27.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus SPIFFs and commission pay

Position Summary: The residential HVAC installer is responsible for installation and testing of air conditioning units, furnaces, and ductwork. This individual will provide exceptional customer service during each interaction and ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, potential for overtime

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in residential HVAC installation
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Ability to follow directions as given, both written and verbal
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Valid Driver's license with an insurable driving record
