Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
• Skilled with hand and power tools.
• Able to read blueprints and understand basic construction practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age of 18.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial projects.
• Complete heating and cooling system upgrades in existing buildings.
• Ensure systems operate at maximum efficiency and performance.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials, time, and work completed.
